Health Tips - “Health 2020”. In our day to day busy life, we must follow
these “simple health tips for everyday living”. “Health Care”
is a must for everyone. Ralph Waldo Emerson said earlier that “The first wealth is Health”. We should understand the real value of our Health.
If we take care of our health before we get ill, then we don’t have to face
many diseases or pain. We should spend less time and energy on our smartphone
and social media and will have to invest more time and energy on our health. These
“6 Simple Health Tips” are the following:-

Always sleep on your left side.
The first and foremost simple tips is
sleeping. I want you all to do a little change in your slipping habit, just
make sure always sleep on your left side, your left hand should be on your
downside. If you sleep on your left
side the stomach acids will do their work more efficiently, results in food digest
properly. And if you sleep on your right the stomach acids will not work
properly, as a result, you will face a lot of problems like improper digestion, the heart
will burn, the problem in your blood flow. So make sure you will follow these simple
tricks.

Make a Water drink reminder.
Water is life, up to 60% of the adult
human body is water. It all depends on your weight how much water you should
drink daily, but on average daily fluid intake for men is 3.7 liters and for
women is 2.7 liters. In today’s world all we forget to drink water from time to time and when we feel thirsty we just drink a little bit to fulfill out
thirst. As a result, we face a lot of problems which is not good for our health.
So my request you is that all of we have smartphones, just download an app
named water
drink reminder. It will help you to give a reminder to drink water, will keep
track of when and how much water you are drinking daily. So make sure you all will
do it now.
· Walk more and more.
Walking is the best exercise all of
you know. But do you know how many steps you required to stay healthy and fit?
As per World Health Organisations, we should walk 8000 steps on a daily basis.
So if you are working and if it is a sitting job, make sure you will take
small breaks and use it for walking, find out ways to walk more like use stairs
instead of the lift.

Chew your food around 32 times.
Everyone is chewing foods while eating
foods, what is the harm if we chew foods around 32 times. My suggestion is to try to chew your food as many as possible. Because it you help your stomach healthy
Ayurveda says the root of every health problem is our stomach, if the stomach is
healthy we will stay fit and fine. So if you chew your foods 32 times then
50 % of your digestion is done in your mouth and the rest 50% will do your stomach.
To be healthy please avoid junk food /fast foods and make a habit of consuming
green vegetables.
· Create a healthy friendly environment.
Create a healthy friendly environment
is depends on you, you have to learn about this. If you have friends, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol
daily. It is common, you may adopt the same kind of lifestyle. At the same time if
you have friends who are health conscious, going for yoga, exercise, avoiding
junk foods and it is common for you to adopt some type of lifestyle. So try to
choose more and more health-conscious people in your life who spend with you more time.

Keep healthy foods in your Home.
Healthy habits start at your home. If you and your family want
to be healthy then keep healthy vegetables, fruits in your freeze. If your
home is full of junk foods like cold drinks, Cadbury, etc it is meaningless to
try healthy and it is very hard for to you be healthy.
So, friends hope you follow the simple tips in your day to day
busy lifestyle, because always remember health is wealth.
