As a result, we face a lot of problems which is not good for our health. So my request you is that all of we have smartphones, just download an app named water drink reminder. It will help you to give a reminder to drink water, will keep track of when and how much water you are drinking daily. So make sure you all will do it now.

Walking is the best exercise all of you know. But do you know how many steps you required to stay healthy and fit? As per World Health Organisations, we should walk 8000 steps on a daily basis. So if you are working and if it is a sitting job, make sure you will take small breaks and use it for walking, find out ways to walk more like use stairs instead of the lift.

So if you chew your foods 32 times then 50 % of your digestion is done in your mouth and the rest 50% will do your stomach. To be healthy please avoid junk food /fast foods and make a habit of consuming green vegetables.

Create a healthy friendly environment is depends on you, you have to learn about this. If you have friends, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol daily. So try to choose more and more health-conscious people in your life who spend with you more time.

Healthy habits start at your home. If you and your family want to be healthy then keep healthy vegetables, fruits in your freeze. If your home is full of junk foods like cold drinks, Cadbury, etc it is meaningless to try healthy and it is very hard for to you be healthy.
